摘要

钯由于其具有独特的催化储氢性能被广泛应用,但由于金属钯提取效率低,且大量的钯金属使用后得不到有效回收造成大量浪费。可通过原位生长法合成ZIF-8/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)杂化膜,并添加不同比例聚丙烯酸钠和聚乙烯亚胺聚电解质对ZIF-8/PVDF杂化膜进行预处理,考察不同聚电解质及不同金属质量比情况下杂化膜对金属钯的截留率和对不同浓度含钯溶液提取性能的影响。

Abstract

Pd is widely used in industries due to its unique property of catalyst and hydrogen storage.However,due to the low extraction efficiency of metal Pd,and a certain amount of metal Pd cannot be effectively recovered after usage,resulting in large amount of waste.2-methylimidazole zinc salt (ZIF-8)/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hybrid membrane was successfully synthesized by in situ method.Pretreatment of ZIF/PVDF hybrid membranes by adding different ratios of PEI and PAAS polyelectrolytes were performed.The effect of hybrid membranes on the retention of metal Pd were investigated and the extraction performance of palladium-containing solutions with different concentrations under different polyelectrolytes were examined.
